Marton is an Associate Partner at Flashpoint. He specializes in investing in companies for the Built World: Proptech, Construction Tech and Energy. He led investments in Chili Piper, OfficeRnD, iDWELL, Algori, Dodona and InspektAI and has participated in dozens of transactions.

In addition to his investment role, he serves as the Product Manager, working with Flashpoint’s IT team to develop internal tools such as Multitool (Firmographic Intelligence + Scout Lead Submission tool), pulseAI (Agentic Lead Generation tool), and Distro (Bulk Lead Categorization Google Sheets plugin). Marton has been recognized as one of the top 100 Data-Driven VC global thought leaders.

He has a background in M&A, sales, equity research, and software development and was a co-founder of the Central European Startup Awards. He studied business at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Corvinus University of Budapest as well as Design at MOME (Moholy Nagy Muveszeti Egyetem)
